Let me start with my routine, before I thought to be healthier
- Wake up at 8.30
- Work till 11
- Do not take bath (That is supposed to be a weekly activity – save water mission!)
- Do not take breakfast
- Leave house by 11:30 and reach office by 12
- Work, eat, Facebook in Office till 10:30
- Reach home by 11
- Have dinner and watch TV (News/Comedy Show)
- Work till 1
This is the routine I want to achieve by 9th July.
- Wake up at 7
- Go to Gym from 7:30 – 8:30
- Read Newspaper/ Watch News till 9
- Get Ready for Office – Take Bath till 9:45
- Take Breakfast
- Reach Office by 10:30
- Come back by 9
- Have Dinner – Watch News/TV till 10
- Work to achieve other goals
- Sleep by 12:30
