Be Healthy, Be Happy

Let me start with my routine, before I thought to be healthier

  • Wake up at 8.30
  • Work till 11
  • Do not take bath (That is supposed to be a weekly activity – save water mission!)
  • Do not take breakfast
  • Leave house by 11:30 and reach office by 12
  • Work, eat, Facebook in Office till 10:30
  • Reach home by 11
  • Have dinner and watch TV (News/Comedy Show)
  • Work till 1

This is the routine I want to achieve by 9th July.

  • Wake up at 7
  • Go to Gym from 7:30 – 8:30
  • Read Newspaper/ Watch News till 9
  • Get Ready for Office – Take Bath till 9:45
  • Take Breakfast
  • Reach Office by 10:30
  • Come back  by 9
  • Have Dinner – Watch News/TV till 10
  • Work to achieve other goals
  • Sleep by 12:30

My Mountain

I have just started reading one of the most inspirational book – The Habit of Winning and I already feel transformed. I have been wanting to start my blog since a long time now and this book provided me the much needed kick.

Here I am taking you to my journey of climbing my mountain – achieving my goals.

The first step being – writing it down and what better way could be than a blog.

  1. Overcome Stammering
  2. Be Healthy
  3. Develop a website to cater to music needs of people
  4. Solve a machine learning problem
  5. Start a blog
  6. Quit Nail Biting
